Tighter OAuth scope — atBB Forum

It’d be great if the auth permissions atBB (omg that autocorrects to “stabbed” 😮) were more tightly scoped to the permissions needed for interacting with the site. There’s docs on [oauth permissions here](https://atproto.com/specs/permission).

Logging in should now only request necessary scopes instead of the old transition:generic scope!
